چکیده
Escherichia coli is one of the most common commensal aerobic bacteria in gut microbiota humans (and other mammals). Nevertheless, if left free to proliferate, it can induce a large range diseases from diarrhoea extra-intestinal diseases. In recent years, this bacterium had become increasingly resistant antibiotics. It therefore essential implement new approaches able maintain both bacterial viability and control their proliferation. context, we developed process encapsulate polymer shells. We took advantage fact that has negatively charged surface modified via layer-by-layer process, i.e. with oppositely polyelectrolyte pairs (namely chitosan as polycation alginate or dextran sulfate polyanion). successfully demonstrate controlled coating zeta potential measurement, encapsulated delay growth due multilayer coating. This was dependent on number layers.

Controlling the growth behaviour of multilayered films via layer-by-layer assembly with multiple interactions.
Layer-by-layer (LbL) assembly of chitosan-graft-phenyl (CHI-g-Ph) and poly(aspartic-graft-octadecyl) chain (PASP-g-OD) with multiple interactions, i.e. electrostatic interaction and hydrophobic interaction, was studied and the growth rate of multilayered films was found to be strongly dependent on the concentration of NaCl in the aqueous solution. LbL assembly of phenyl chitosan-graft-cyclodext...

15 صفحه اولProtein and Lactose Separation by Modified Ultrafiltration Membrane using Layer by Layer Technique
Layer-by-Layer (LbL) is a method which can be used for nanoscale coating and surface functionalization of a material. LbL technique mainly uses the electrostatic attracting between charged materials (polyelectrolytes, nanoparticles, etc.) and an oppositely charged surface. In this study, protein separation (BSA) from lactose solution was carried out using the LbL self-assembly method, which was...

Layer-by-Layer Epitaxial Growth of Defect-Engineered Strontium Cobaltites.
Control over structure and composition of (ABO3) perovskite oxides offers exciting opportunities since these materials possess unique, tunable properties. Perovskite oxides with cobalt B-site cations are particularly promising, as the range of the cation's stable oxidation states leads to many possible structural frameworks. Here, we report growth of strontium cobalt oxide thin films by molecul...
